2026 UCCO Board Retreat: Leadership, Legacy & Connection

For more than 24 years, UCCO has been built through service, family, community, and people willing to step into leadership when needed.

Family members and loved ones are welcome to join us, and we hope everyone who is able will stay overnight so we can fully enjoy the weekend together.

This retreat is a chance to step away from the usual responsibilities and spend time focused on ourselves, each other, and the future of the organization.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll reflect on the experiences that shaped us, learn more about the strengths within our team, build confidence in leadership, and talk about what UCCO will need as we continue moving forward.

There will also be plenty of room to rest, eat, laugh, talk, and simply enjoy time together.

This weekend is about strengthening the people behind UCCO just as much as the organization itself.
