Who
We Are
The United Concerned Citizens Organization (UCCO Inc.) exists to assess the needs in our communities and meet them through partnerships, programs, and people-first action. From mentorship to meals, emotional support to education, we uplift lives through holistic community care.

UCCO strengthens communities by listening first and responding with meaningful solutions that create lasting impact. By working alongside schools, churches, local leaders, and grassroots partners, we provide both immediate support and long-term opportunities for growth. From helping families meet basic needs to equipping individuals with education and training, we focus on empowerment, resilience, and dignity—ensuring every person has the chance to thrive and every neighborhood has the foundation to flourish.

Founded in 2002 by Henry Lee Bell Sr., UCCO began with a simple dream: to feed those in need on Thanksgiving Day. What started as one man’s vision quickly grew into the first Thanksgiving Outreach in Lebanon, Kentucky, uniting family, friends, and neighbors around compassion and service.

After Henry’s passing in 2008, the community carried his mission forward. Today, UCCO continues to serve thousands through meals, mentorship, and support, honoring his legacy by turning care into action year after year.
