Tiarra Clark joined the United Concerned Citizens in 2012. She became board president in 2019. She has received her Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Studies with a focus on Public Health Research and Communication. She is the coordinator of 21st Century community learning center at Marion County Public Schools. She is a wife and a mother of four.
